Leadership challenges the process by attacking certain components such as searching for particular opportunities within each way possible. The notion of seizing the initiative is important because, the initiative with enthusiasm, determination, and a strong desire to make something happen will ensure a person to challenge the process indefinitely. Also that any real change does require proper leadership for anything to develop properly.
